This is information for our current Girls Group on upcoming events and how to register.
BASH – (May 10 at 2pm-9pm) – BASH is this coming Saturday! This is a diocesan-wide event for 6th-8th grade youth. (Unfortunately, current 5th graders cannot attend until next year). BASH is like a big Catholic carnival. This event filled up last year and openings are shrinking daily! If your son is interested in joining us, please register as soon as possible and definitely by Wednesday at 10am as we might not be able to register youth after that point. This event cost $35, but please use the coupon code “BASHFORFREE” if you need a scholarship. This event is open to ALL 6th-8th grade youth.
GMU BASEBALL GAME – (May 17 at 12pm) – Youth or youth and their families are encouraged to join us for a George Mason University baseball game! Please come and cheer on the Patriots with us! This event is open to all Boys Group or Girls Group youth and their families. Youth can come without a parent, but any siblings joining must be accompanied by an adult. We will meet at the field before the game. Please register by the morning of May 12 so that we can ensure we purchase enough tickets. The event fee is $10 per person, but please use the coupon code “FREE” if you need a scholarship.
NERF WAR – (June 3 at 5:30pm) – The Girls Group and the Boys Group will be joining together for a night of pizza and Nerf games. Please sign-up so that we have an accurate head count for pizza and supplies. All supplies will be provided by SJN, youth should NOT bring their own Nerf items. There is no fee for joining this event.
BRANCHING OUT WEEK – (July 7-11 at 10am-4pm) – Branching Out WEEK is a day-camp style week open to rising 6th to rising 9th grade youth based here at SJN. During the week we take three different outings (one for fun, one for service, and one for faith). We play games, have time to just hang out, build friendships, do service work, and learn more about our faith. Branching Out WEEK filled to capacity last summer with a waiting list. There are still spots open but it may fill soon. The cost is $250 for the week (which includes all outings and food). Please let us know if you would like to discuss a scholarship.
