The Women’s KAIROS team will host a women’s weekend from May 18 through May 21 at Virginia Correctional Center for Women (VCCW) in Goochland, VA. This is the facility’s 49th KAIROS weekend.
A big part of every Kairos weekend is the cookies the team brings “inside” for the residents. You can’t imagine how much your cookies are appreciated!
We have reserved the SJN kitchen from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Tuesday, May 16, to bake cookies for the upcoming weekend. We ask you to bring your cookie dough in that day between those hours and give it to our kitchen team as your schedule permits.
You may not be able to go into prison, but your cookies can–and what a difference they make!

El equipo femenino de KAIROS organizará un fin de semana para mujeres del 18 al 21 de mayo en el Virginia Correctional Center for Women (VCCW) en Goochland, VA. Se trata del 49º fin de semana de KAIROS en este centro.
Una gran parte de cada fin de semana de Kairos son las galletas que el equipo trae “adentro” para los residentes. ¡No os podéis imaginar lo mucho que se aprecian vuestras galletas!
Hemos reservado la cocina de SJN de 9:00am a 1:00pm el martes, 16 de mayo, para hornear galletas para el próximo fin de semana. Os pedimos que traigáis la masa de las galletas ese día entre esas horas y se la entreguéis a nuestro equipo de cocina cuando vuestro horario os lo permita. Puede que tú no puedas ir a la cárcel, pero tus galletas sí, ¡y qué diferencia marcan!
